To reflect customer requirements and to help ensure that our Sage users gain the most from their software, Red Business Systems offer three levels of support:

SILVER SUPPORT

This includes first class telephone and remote access support from Sage experts. We have added Gold Support and Platinum to reflect the opportunities provided by technology and at the request of customers.

GOLD SUPPORT

Allows us to use TeamViewer to provide on-demand training sessions to existing and new users. TeamViewer is an excellent tool for short training sessions to further the understanding of existing users, help new users with the system, create report amendments or remotely install upgrades.

PLATINUM SUPPORT

Helps ensure you gain the most from your Sage Software. Receive all the benefits of Silver and Gold Support plus one day of on-site Professional Services. To be used for on-site staff training, report writing or the installation of the regular Sage updates.
